United Taxis Canterbury

Disgusting behaviour from taxi driver from United taxis. Would never use them in the future. Was harassed by driver by text. Message from driver:- Why would you call for a taxi if you ain't gonna be there? Some people actually value their time to earn a living! Message from me:- What are you talking about? We got in the taxi! Message from driver:- Not the right one, then or probz called multiple companies. Message from me:- No, called one company 555666 and a taxi pulled up outside whilst we waited for it!!!! Don't need to be so rude when we have done nothing wrong! Will not use this company again. Message from driver:- No harm done, time wasted but that's fine. Have a nice day. I don't think I've been rude and tbh you didn't use the company. Message from me:- As far as we were aware we used the right company. We waited outside for a taxi and one pulled up. It is rude implying that I don't value time for people to earn their money. Maybe if your company got their quicker we would have actually got in the right taxi! Message from driver:- Shifting blame when we were on time is not nice either. Maybe you can help us find out who's stealing our jobs, by telling us what was the car that picked you up. Message from me:- Well it had a taxi sign on the top and a registered taxi sign at the back. It was a black car with white stripes either side of it. I don't know the name and didn't look as we assumed it was your company. I'm not being rude I'm just stating facts. No shifting blame. I'm the customer and your having a go at me for a service I presumed I had ordered from your company. I am now wondering if you conduct all your business like this! This is awful behaviour and if the driver had got his facts right it wouldn't have been so upsetting for me. Awful way to run a business. Will never use United Taxis again, my advise to any one is to not use them either.
