Avoid the place by all means! On 28th of October 2017 I had booked a consultation and an X-Ray in Priority Lodge Vet for my limping kitten. But because they had no X-RAY slots same day, an hour later I cancelled the appointment and went to Pet at home surgery and had an X-Ray same day and took further actions to help the pet (examination cost was £10 cheaper as well). Of cause I called Priority Lodge and apologized for the booking cancellation - we wanted to have a screen same day. However next day we were surprised to see an RSPSA officer at our place, accusing us in not wanting to treat our ill cat. These guys reported us just because we had cancelled a booking with them, and as I understood later from a phone conversation with one of their receptionists - it is a normal practice for them to report their customers, who they suspect. Please avoid the vet if you dont want to be reported every time you cancel an examination with them. Ildar
