Worst dentist surgery. Charges £90 for a 10 minute dental check up. An appointment that was meant to be 30 minutes. They ran late by 20 minutes, and let me sit in reception without informing me she is running late. Only when I sat there and asked did they go and bother to check what was going on. I attempted to rearrange the appointment but as I work in health care I work long hours so could not call on their opening hours schedule so they said I could not post pone or rearrange my appointment without being charged. Yet they’ve run over and charged me for what. 10 minutes. I said I have somewhere to be now so out of curtsey they should allow me to rearrange it so I can have a proper appointment which is worth the money as they have run late but they have refused. And instead said it’s my fault that I have another appointment that I have to attend today. Never again.
