Absolutely appalled at the quality of the fretwork. Told 3-5 weeks delivery in October, plenty of time for Christmas. Ended up taking 10weeks and what arrived was of such poor quality. Although told we were a priority the fretwork replacement finally arrived Saturday, so 4 months! This was even worse quality, dented and scratched yet they are saying it is good enough!!! I advise strongly not to buy from here as it is of poor quality and very expensive in the process both in money and time
