Absolute Cowboys!!! avoid these thieves at all cost. I booked my car in servicing on a Saturday morning and was told it should be ready for collection by midday. At 4pm I was still waiting for the call to collect my car so decided to ring them instead. I was then informed that the car had failed to start after the servicing and needed the fuel injectors replaced. I was quite baffled by this claim as the injectors were only replaced by WV over a year ago. Sencing a corn, I informed the mechanics that the injectors were still under warranty and I will be taking the car to the local VW garage to get them replaced. I was then told that they would try again to restart the car but all went quite after that. I decided to ring the garage on the Monday morning as they were shut on Sunday's and was then informed that they have somehow managed to restart a car that they claimed had damaged injectors and fuel pump and could not start without them being replaced. I was given a long list of fault codes from an iPhone which looked odd and they insisted that the fault codes might not have cleared when the injectors were replaced by VW. How convenient that somehow they were now working perfectly. I have been so stressed by the experience as I need my car for work and thought it wise to warn other prospective customers. Use these cowboys at your peril. They lie through their teeths and are not even smart enough to realise that certain lies are not worth defending. I forgot to mention that the bill suddenly rocketed from the £179.00 charge for servicing to £215 which I decided not to even contest seeing what a fool I have been taken for. I will be alerting the authorities to investigate these dishonest rogues.
